Healthcare and social services

Our schools should be the best schools in the world, a high-quality learning path is one of the cornerstones of our society. We must have enough qualified staff in our schools and early childhood education, as well as in afternoon activities. The availability of personnel is a challenge in many parts of our country, and it should be solved, for example, by increasing attractiveness also at the provincial level. All students, teachers and other staff are entitled to a safe school day whithout bullies. There should be more adults in our schools.

Language

Bilingual Finland is a richness, it is important that you can live your everyday life anywhere in Finland and receive service in both national languages. For this reason, we want to revise our official language proficiency requirements so that it is possible to apply for public positions in both languages. We should support and motivate employees to use both domestic languages. Swedish, our second domestic language could be used more widely in education.
