Jobs and entrepreneurship
We live in a world of finite resources. We can build a sustainable society when our economy is sustainable. A sustainable economy is dependent upon a care for the environment. These are not contradictory goals. One can't exist without the other.
Climate and the environment
Entrepreneurship is the basis of a sustainable economy. You should be able to reap the rewards of your efforts and failing shouldn't be the end of the world.
We need local bargaining in the work market and flexible pathways for work-related immigration. We need continuous learning and predictable, competitive taxation.
Foreign policy and defence
The past year has been a transformational one. A terrible war has led other parties to adopt SFP's line: Finland's place is in NATO.
We have a strong sense of unity and a strong will to defend ourselves. This must be nurtured and cherished. At the same time, it is important to note that security is also based on trust and a sense of belonging.
Internationally, the EU has a crucial role to play. It is our most important international framework and it is of the utmost importance that the EU is united and strong.
