My name is Patrik Karlsson and I am 56 years old. My family includes my wife and two adult daughters. I work in Vantaa as vice principal at Västersundom's school. Has been a politician in Vantaa since 2001, is currently a member of the council and chairman of the Swedish committee. In 2022, was elected to the Vantaa and Kerava welfare area council. I am active in various associations and one of my hobbies is singing in a choir.

It is important that the culture is supported so that we all get experiences. Culture is a big factor in our well-being. All forms of culture are needed!
Education
We must work for more lessons in primary school and that the pupils and students who need support really get it. Throughout grades 1-9, it is important to invest in well-being. Vocational and upper secondary education is important so that everyone gets a basis for further education and career choices.
Healthcare and social services
In the new welfare areas, it is important that the service develops and that you receive service more quickly. It is important that the state provides enough funds so that no cuts need to be made. It is also important that care for elderly people are developed and that investment is made in the well-being of children and young people with sufficient human resources.
